What happens if capsules melt?

How does the Tasting Guide work?
James Hoffmann—renowned coffee expert and World Barista Champion—personally selected each of these eight coffees in collaboration with top roasters to help you experience the full spectrum of specialty coffee. With each cup, you’ll get a short video from James, guiding you through the tasting experience and helping you understand exactly what makes each roast special.
With each coffee, you’ll be prompted to rate what you’re tasting and track your preferences along the way. At the end, we’ll send you a personalized flavor profile based on your ratings—so you can keep discovering coffees that match your unique taste.

How sustainable is it?
We created a curbside-recyclable aluminum capsule, and didn’t stop there — all of our packaging and shipping materials are recyclable. And, because we deal with the grounds on our end — by composting them — the capsules are easy to just drop in the recycling when you’re done with them. We also completely eliminate waste from beans or ground coffee going stale on-shelf and optimize the yield of each bean (so nothing is wasted from poor brewing).
